What we take on

Four lines of work, plus the notices and cross-border filings that usually arrive beside them. The last cell is how you start.

01

Tax preparation

Federal and state returns for individuals and businesses, with a credit and deduction review, e-file, and guidance if a notice shows up. Personal returns start at $350.

02

Monthly bookkeeping

QuickBooks Online with each account tied to the bank, a monthly profit and loss, and a balance sheet. Starter is $300 a month for up to two accounts. Catch-up is available if the file is behind.

03

CFO-level guidance

Cash flow, performance, and the decisions that sit above the return. The CFO Advisor rhythm is $1,500 a month, with a strategy session and a forecast.

04

Accounting setup

A clean system before the monthly work starts: chart of accounts, bank feeds, and a QuickBooks file you can actually read.

05

Notices and cross-border

IRS notices, unfiled years, estimated taxes, and filings that touch a green card, Canada, or Europe. Deadlines get a response, not a pile.

06

Start with a conversation

A 15-minute consult covers the return, the books, or both. Bring the question you have been postponing.

Your numbers should not be a black box.

Tanya Voita built TaxesZenPro so finance would be a source of strength, not stress. The practice is one person doing the work: tax preparation, the books, and the explanation.

13

U.S. + EU

Work across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

How an engagement starts

  1. 1

    Talk for 15 minutes

We look at the business, the return, or the backlog and name the right scope.

  2. 2

    Send documents securely

Uploads go through an encrypted client portal, including for clients outside New Jersey.

  3. 3

    Prepare the file

The books are tied to the bank, or the return gets built. You see the questions before anything is filed.

  4. 4

    File, then stay current

E-file when it is ready. Monthly reports and estimates keep the next year from becoming a scramble.

Questions people ask first

Who do you prepare returns for?

Individuals and families, W-2 employees, retirees, freelancers, 1099 contractors, LLCs, S corporations, partnerships, and other small businesses. Most work is remote. In-person appointments are available in New Jersey.

What is the difference between tax preparation and tax planning?

Tax preparation is the accurate filing of the current return. Tax planning is the year-round work of reducing surprises, timing estimates, and improving cash flow. TaxesZenPro does both.

Can you help with an IRS notice or years that were never filed?

Yes. Send the notice, including a CP2000, and we will read it with you, prepare a response, and watch the deadline. If several years are unfiled, we catch the returns up and work back toward compliance.

Do you work with clients outside New Jersey?

Yes. Documents go through a secure portal. Bookkeeping and tax work run remotely across the United States, with in-person time available in New Jersey.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

QuickBooks Online. If you are not on it yet, setup and cleanup are part of the engagement. Monthly work includes a profit and loss and a balance sheet once each account is tied to the bank.

My books are months behind. Can you start there?

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping organizes past transactions and ties each account to the bank before a monthly rhythm begins. A short consult is the first step.
